To mix it up a bit, Bombay Sapphire Dusk Bar features a new exquisitely crafted cocktail every 3 weeks each based on one of the ten exotic botanical ingredients used when creating Bombay Sapphire gin.
The bar’s first recipe has been based on angelica root from Saxony and was created by David Hobbs (Milk and Honey). This refreshing blend of orange bitters, lemon juice, grapefruit, dry sherry and MARTINI Rosso complements Bombay Sapphire’s subtle angelica nuttiness and actually tastes as heavenly as its name suggests.
