The inspiration for the Bombay Sapphire Dusk Bar comes from the ten exotic botanical ingredients delicately infused to create Bombay Sapphire’s refined and balanced taste.

These are sourced from the finest ingredients around the world including almonds (Spain), grains of paradise (West Africa), lemon peel (Spain), liquorice (China), juniper berries (Italy), orris root (Italy), angelica (Saxony), coriander (Morocco), cassia bark (Indo-China), and cubeb berries (Java).

The bar will be bringing these regions and flavours to life over the summer with a special series of cocktails inspired by the ten exotic botanicals. A new drink will be added every 3 weeks so keep your eye on this blog to be the first to know what’s being shaken or stirred up next.
