Bombay Sapphire, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup,
10ml MARTINI® Rosso, 10ml dry sherry, 2 dashes of orange bitters,
top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Bombay Sapphire, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, muddle together with 5 strawberries and a wedge of grapefruit. Serve in a long glass with plenty of ice. Garnish with 4 basil leaves.

50ml
Bombay Sapphire, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 4 blackberries and 10ml Orgeat (almond) syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of ice and shake. Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Garnish with 2 short straws, a blackberry and some zested lemon.

Muddle 8 juniper berries in the bottom of a shaker. Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire, 10ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml rhubarb liqueur, 15ml lemongrass & ginger cordial,
1 coriander leaf and plenty of cubed ice. Shake well then strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Garnish with 2 short straws and some coriander leaves.

Inspired by dusk in Italy - homeplace of the Orris (Iris) Root botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Muddle 8 halves of cucumber slices in a shaker. Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire,
15ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml cloudy apple juice, 15ml elderflower cordial &
6 coriander leaves. Add ice, shake & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a single floating coriander leaf.

Inspired by dusk in Morocco - homeplace of the Coriander seeds botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Muddle 10 coriander seeds with 1cm fresh ginger in a shaker. Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire, & 20ml elderflower cordial. Add ice, shake & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with twisted orange & lemon peel.

Inspired by dusk in Indo-China - homeplace of the Cassia bark botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Muddle 4 fresh stone-less cherries in a shaker. Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire,
20ml white grapefruit juice, 15ml fresh lemon juice & 10ml chilled cinnamon syrup*. Add ice, shake & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick
(* 2 parts caster sugar to 1 part hot water infused with cinnamon stick).

Inspired by dusk in Java - homeplace of the Cubeb berries botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 10ml chilled sugar syrup*, 10ml rose water and 4 grinds of black pepper into a shaker. Add ice, shake & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a grind of black pepper. (*2 parts caster sugar to 1 part hot water)

Inspired by dusk in China - homeplace of the Liquorice botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Muddle half a plum & 3 blackberries in a highball glass. Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire, 10ml liquorice liqueur (we recommend Keklevich liquorice liqueur) & 10ml fresh lemon juice. Stir, add ice and top with ginger beer, stirring again. Garnish with half a fanned plum.

Inspired by dusk in West Africa - homeplace of the Grains of Paradise botanical in Bombay Sapphire.
Add 50ml
Bombay Sapphire, 25ml amontillado sherry, 3 dashes peach bitters & ice to a jug. Strain the liquid into another ice filled jug. Strain back into original jug. Repeat this 2-3 times. Finally strain into chilled martini glass & garnish with twist of lemon peel.
